Abstract: In this study the effect of pure and atmospheric oxygen on the growth rate of juvenile rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) at constant temperature were investigated. In the investigation experiments were realized as two stages. The firs stage has continued fourteen weeks. The difference between pure and atmospheric oxygen was not significant as statistically (P>0.05). Even if, on the groups are maintenance at light and dark conditions were found difference total length and weight data between pure and atmospheric oxygen groups were significant as statistically (P0.05) at the end of the seventh week. Thus, effects of the pure oxygen of the growth rate juvenile trout were found significant as evidence in the fish cultures.
