Biological and Taxonomical Investigations on Chalcides ocellatus (Sauria: Scincidae) in Anatolia

Abstract: In this study, morphology, ecology, reproduction and distribution of Chalcides ocellatus in Anatolia were investigated and some aspects of its biology were observed. Furthermore, some inormation data have been collected on gravidity, giving birth and new borns of C. ocellatus which is a viviparous species.
