Abstract: Fatty acid compositions of female pupae of Dibrachys boarmiae which exposed to low temperature (+4 1/4C) for 10, 20, and 30 days were investigated. It was showed that oleic, palmitic, linoleic and linolenic acid constituted the major part of the total fatty acid compositions of female pupae. Quantitative differences were found due to low temperature in the fatty acid compositions of female pupae. In the fatty acid compositions of female pupae, saturated fatty acids were decreased whereas polyunsaturated fatty acids were increased by low temperature.
