Transferrin (Beta-Globulin)Polimorfism İn Angora Goat

Abstract: LMACI Uludağ Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Zootekni Bölümü Bursa-TÜRKİYE Sevinç ASAL Ankara Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Zootekni Bölümü Ankara-TÜRKİYE Abstact:In this study transferrin polymorphism was investigated in Angora Goats. The seperation of transferrin types were carried out using teh horizontal starch-jel electrophoresis. the frequencies of transferrin alleles were determined 0.0801+-0.019,0.195+-0.018 and 0.004+-0.003 for TfA, TfB and TfC, respectively. Differences between expected number and observed number for transferrin genotypes were nonsignificant.
