Conductivity Oscillations in Dysprosium Doped Indium Selenide Single Crystals

Authors: Yusif NURULLAYEV

Abstract: Low-frequency conductivity oscillations have been observed when studying longtime isothemal relaxation of dark conductivity in dysposium doped indium selenide single crystals. Over a wide range of variations of temperature, external voltage, wavelength and dopant concentrations (NDy = 10(-5) - 10(-1) at. %) tha main peculiarities of these oscillations have been investigated. On the basis of data obtained oscillations assumed to be due to collective emptying or filling of deep trapping levels by the free charge carriers in particularly unordered crystals.
