Abstract: We present the single vector Leptoquark (LQ) production in \gamma\gamma collider for two values of the center of mass energy \sqrt{s}=1000 GeV. We performed our calculations for two cases, depending on whether LQ's are gauge vector particles or non-gauge vector particles. We find that the cross sections for thi sengle gauge and non-gauge vector LQ productions are almost equal. The discovery limit for single vector LQ production is obtained for both cases. It is shown that \gamma\gamma beams is more preferable than the e^+e^- beams for the single second and third generation vector LQ production.
