Albedo Ballon Measurements With A Satellite Monitor

Abstract: At Saratov University, a complex of satellite apparatus, including a second generation \lq\lq Solar Constant Monitor" [1] and a Shortwave Outgoing Radiation Monitor (SORM) has been constructed. The apparatus is designed to operate on different types of satellites. It is planned to be launched into orbit in 1993 on board a Meteor series satellite as a joint Russian-French experiment.
