Compact 3 mm Wave Band Transceivers for Technological Radars and Radiotelephone Communication Systems

Abstract: Scale models of homodyne radar meters of velocity, range and vibration parameters of objects as well as a system of two point radiotelephone communication were realized in the 94 GHz frequency range. Designs of these devices developed in the most simplified manner and the results of their tests are presented.
