Abstract: In this work, we investigate the effects of noncommutative spaces on the Horava-Lifshitz black hole. We construct the black hole solutions in the noncommutative space of (z = 3)-Horava-Lifshitz gravity. We calculate the horizon and the thermodynamic properties such as the Hawking temperature, the ADM-Mass, and entropy, which reduce to their commutative limits when the noncommutativity parameter tends to zero.
