Abstract: The Schr\"{o}dinger equation is analysed for the Kepler-Coulomb problem in the three-dimensional space with constant positive curvature. The representation of the elliptic basis as a superposition over hyperspherical states is obtained. The ``parabolic" system of coordinates on the three-dimensional sphere is determined which is a particular case of elliptic coordinates rather than an independent system of coordinates as in the flat space.
