Thickness Effect on the K_{\beta}/K_{\alpha} Intensity Ratio of Mo

Abstract: The K_{\beta}/K_{\alpha} ratio of Mo for several thickness were measured by energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Technique (EDXRFT). The measured K_{\beta}/K_{\alpha} ratios of Mo for thin targets are in good agreement with theoretical results.
