Remote Sensing Optimal Algorithms and Accuracy of Underling Surface Parameters by Proper Radiations

Abstract: In this paper, the algorithms and accuracy of the optimal parameters estimations of the proper radiation surface electrodynamic models were found by maximum lekelihood (ML) function. The optimal algorithms and occuracy of the inverse problems for underlying surface parameters and its statistical characteristics by proper radiation have been found.
