Hybrid Model for XeCl Laser Discharges

Abstract: Our aim is to present an hybrid model to study the plasma characteristics of XeCl laser impulsionnel discharge. This model is a coupling of electric circuit equations (electricmodel), electron Boltzmann equation (particle model) and kinetic equations of both charged particles and the main neutral or excited species (kinetics model). The corresponding results (electron distribution functions, reaction rates, species created, reduced field discharge) are reported and discussed.
