High-Resolution CT Demonstration of Congenital Perilymphatic Fistula

Abstract: A patient with recurrent meningitis was evaluated with high resolution computed tomography of the temporal bone and iohexol cisternography. Tomography showed cystlike cochlea and a short lateral semicircular canal. Cisternography demonstrated leakage of cerebrospinal fluid into the middle ear.
