Abstract: Multiple sclerosis arises from a combination of genes and environment. It has abundant clinical symptoms, varied clinical courses, and probably different histopathological subtypes. In the past 10 years, 6 therapies that partially treat MS have been developed, and more are likely to be approved in the near future.
