Locally Topological Groupoids

Abstract: The notion of Iocally topological groupoid was introduced by Aof and Brown in [2]. On the other hand in [6] by Mackenzie a topological groupoid MG, called monodromy groupoid, is constructed. In this paper we prove that this groupoid MG gives a Iocally topological groupoid.
