One-Sided Single-Cell Technique for the Determination of Henry's Constant

Abstract: In this work it was shown that it is possible to determine Henry's constant for gases in non-volatile liquids by using the one-sided single-cell technique used in analysing diffusion and adsorption in porous solids. Henry's constant for nitrogen in olive oil was obtained by this technique at three temperatures (30, 40, and 50^circC). The results conform with those determined by different techniques in the literature.
