Abstract: A new series of bimetallic (Ge and Sb) compounds (1-7) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, multinuclear NMR (^1H, ^{13}C) spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. These techniques not only confirmed the formation of the compounds, but also revealed their trigonal bipyramidal geometry around antimony(V). Selected compounds were screened against different pathogens and showed promising antibacterial and antifungal activities.
