Some Optimal Cultural Parameters for Gibberellic Acid Biosynthesis by Pseudomonas sp.

Abstract: The current study reports the optimal cultural parameters for GA3 production by Pseudomonas sp. isolated from wastes of processed olive affected by physiological conditions (incubation temperature, pH of the growth media, incubation period, and incubation conditions). The highest level of gibberellic acid (285.06 mg/l) production was obtained in nutrient broth when the bacteria culture was incubated at 30 °C for 72 h at pH 7 on rotary shaker and in the dark.
